Fundraising expert to speak at Charleston School of Law for training workshop
Nancy Bocskor Fundraising expert Nancy Bocskor will be in Charleston on Friday and Saturday for a training workshop she is leading at the Charleston School of Law.
The workshop, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, is geared toward women running for public office and women working with nonprofits.
The Southeastern Institute for Women in Politics and the Center for Women are hosting a reception for Bocskor from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Art Institute of Charleston. The reception is open to the public and there is no charge to attend.
Bocskor, an adjunct professor at George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management, is an internationally recognized expert on fundraising and campaigning for office. She has written an eBook titled Go Fish: How to Catch (and keep) Contributors.
